Dry out all floor & ceiling timbers & replace where necessary. Take off wet wall plaster, board and plaster walls and ceiling. New electrics & plumbing. Fit new kitchen & appliances. Wall tiling. Decorate. Lay new floor.
Post water damage – Kitchen through into hallway
Dry out & strip all doors. Replaster & decorate. New floor throughout.
Post water damage – Bathroom
Strip out old sanitaryware. Remove old tiles. New plumbing & electrics. Reboard & replaster walls. Tile walls & floor. New sanitaryware. Decorate.
